Description
The Housing Authority of the Cherokee Nation is soliciting bids to rehabilitate one home in Sequoyah County according to the provided work write-up. The scope includes carpentry, flooring, and tree removal, with the contractor furnishing all required labor and materials. Work must be completed within 30 working days after issuance of the notice to proceed, and work should begin within two weeks of notification.
