Description
The Broken Arrow Municipal Authority is soliciting bids for the Highway 51 North Sewer Extension from Blue Bell Creameries to East Washington Street. The project includes open-cut and trenchless construction of approximately 2,816 linear feet of 15-inch PVC gravity sewer, 3,867 linear feet of 18-inch PVC gravity sewer, and 344 linear feet of 20-inch HDPE gravity sewer. It also includes demolition and removal of approximately 4,200 linear feet of existing 8-inch and 10-inch gravity sewer and manholes, installation of a new casing under State Highway 51, and use of existing casings. Related work includes tree clearing, sewage bypass pumping for business park customers, service-line reconnections, seeding, sodding, and other miscellaneous site work. The construction period is 270 calendar days. Bids must be submitted electronically through QuestCDN, including all required affidavits, proposal guarantees, and the Statement of Qualifications & Experience. A proposal guarantee equal to 5% of the total bid is required; the successful bidder must provide performance, statutory, and maintenance bonds equal to the contract price after award.
