Description
Grand View School District 34 is soliciting bids for Category One dedicated Internet access and data transmission service at its school. The district currently has 1 Gbps bandwidth and is requesting 2 Gbps service, while accepting proposals for bandwidth up to 5 Gbps. Bids must identify the proposed bandwidth and associated pricing, provide guaranteed synchronous speeds, and include all installation charges. The selected provider must be eligible to provide Oklahoma Universal Service Fund support, participate in the E-rate program for the applicable funding year, provide a valid Service Provider Identification Number, offer the applicant a choice of SPI or BEAR discount methods, and identify any ineligible bundled services for cost allocation. The proposal must also include pricing for up to 12 months of month-to-month service if the district transitions to another provider after the initial or renewal term. Contracts are contingent on E-rate funding and final board approval.
