Wainwright School District 9 is soliciting bids for Category 2 services for funding year 2027. The requested scope includes one router with necessary software and licenses and installation, three switches with necessary software and licenses and installation, one uninterruptible power supply/battery backup unit with necessary software and licenses and installation, and ten wireless access points with necessary software and licenses and installation. Functional equivalents are acceptable. The district also requests basic maintenance for the routers, switches, UPS/battery backup, and wireless access points, as well as managed internal broadband services for existing equipment. The solicitation identifies Ubiquiti equipment for routers, switches, and wireless access points and Tripp Lite equipment for UPS/battery backup, while allowing equivalent products for the new internal-connections requests. Bidders must submit the required cover page along with a quote or bill of materials for the projects being bid; eligible and ineligible costs, shipping, installation, and applicable taxes must be itemized as specified.
