Description
This solicitation seeks a vendor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services for the remaining construction activities of the RiverTown reclaimed water storage and pumping facility. The project, operating under the Design-Bid-Build delivery method, includes the construction of a re-pump station, roadway and pavement installation, yard and reclaimed water piping, fencing, site grading, landscaping, stormwater improvements, and the installation of a precast electrical building with HVAC, electrical, instrumentation, and SCADA systems. This phase will require coordination with the Phase I contractor responsible for the ground storage tanks.
