Description
Liberty County Board of Commissioners is seeking a contractor to furnish all materials, equipment, and labor for construction improvements to the running track at Liberty Independent Troop Park. The scope includes asphalt milling, asphalt overlay, installation of a synthetic surface, and track striping. Proposals must be submitted on the provided proposal form with prices stated in words and figures. Proposal security of at least 5% of the lump-sum proposal is required. The successful contractor must furnish performance and payment bonds, each equal to 100% of the contract amount. The project has a 10% M/WBE participation goal, consisting of 7% MBE and 3% WBE; M/WBE documentation must be submitted in a separate sealed envelope.
