Description
The 90th Contracting Squadron is seeking a contractor to provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary for fire sprinkler head compliance testing and replacement at F.E. Warren Air Force Base. The base requirement covers Buildings 1284, 1292, and 1501; options cover Building 930 and Building 762. The work includes testing wet and dry sprinkler systems, extracting representative sprinkler-head samples, performing NFPA 25 plunge testing through a recognized independent laboratory, replacing heads, and restoring systems without leaks. The contractor must submit separate prices for each CLIN and a combined total for all three CLINs. The response must include a signed solicitation and amendments, applicable NIST SP 800-171 or CMMC documentation, a conditional plan of action if the NIST score is below 110, a Quality Control Plan, technician qualifications equivalent to NICET Level 2 or journeyman-level experience, at least three years of relevant NFPA 25 inspection/testing/maintenance experience, testing-laboratory accreditation, and a contractor narrative addressing technical capability. The base performance period is 90 calendar days, with 30 calendar days for each exercised option. The acquisition is a firm-fixed-price total small-business set-aside and requires current cybersecurity status for systems handling FCI or CUI.
