Description
This solicitation is for Claims Management / Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services to enhance third-party revenue and collection activities for the Fort Peck Service Unit. The selected vendor will provide technology for Medicare claims management, eligibility verification, and automated reporting. The services must comply with HIPAA and IHS IT mandates. The scope of work includes comprehensive eligibility information requests to Medicare, batch eligibility checks, workflow management via a customizable dashboard, and integration between eligibility and claims functions. The contractor will provide secure, internet-based connectivity to Medicare DDE/FISS, automated claims status reporting, and payment floor details. The solution must support electronic data interchange (EDI) transactions and interactive Telnet application protocols, with unlimited users and workstation-independent access. The services shall not require installation of contractor software within the IHS network and must enable data exchange via SFTP. The period of performance is intended to start October 1st, 2026, through September 30th, 2031, with a base year and four option years. The place of performance is the Fort Peck Service Unit, 107 H Street, Poplar, MT 59255, via online insurance verification software access. The solicitation is set aside for 100% Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) small business concerns.
