Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Network Contracting Office 19 (NCO19) is seeking potential sources for an Eye Lasers and Cryostats Services Agreement for the VA Montana Health Care System. This agreement will cover full-service support, corrective maintenance, and annual preventative maintenance for specific medical equipment located at the Fort Harrison VAMedical Center and Billings VA Clinic. Services include all labor, travel, materials, parts, software support, diagnostics, and technical expertise to maintain the devices in proper operating condition, adhering to manufacturer specifications, regulatory requirements, and VA guidelines. Annual preventative maintenance visits are required for each equipment item, performed according to OEM guidelines, including calibration and software revisions. All parts and firmware must be new, authentic, and obtained directly from the OEM or an authorized distributor. Digital deliveries must be validated securely. Detailed service reports are required within 15 calendar days of PM completion. The contractor must respond to service requests within two business hours via phone or electronic communication.
