GSM/Data Services for U.S. Embassy in Koror, Palau

The Embassy of the United States in Koror, Palau intends to solicit for GSM/Data Services. This solicitation is not yet ready for release and is anticipated for the first week of July 2026, with a quotation due date to be specified in the solicitation. The Government plans to award a contract based on comparative evaluation, seeking the best value to the Department, in accordance with FAR 13.106-2(b)(3). Offerors must meet basic standards for responsibility and solicitation compliance. All contractors awarded contracts of $30,000 or more must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award. Electronic responses are permitted and should be submitted via email to TeriongKL@state.gov in MS-Word, MS-Excel, or Adobe Acrobat (pdf) format, not exceeding 10MB per email. If file sizes exceed 10MB, submissions must be sent in separate emails.
