The Indian Health Service (IHS) is issuing a Sources Sought notice to identify Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEEs), Indian Economic Enterprises (IEE), and other capable vendors for the recurring purchase of postage stamps. These stamps will be used with Pitney Bowes mailing systems at the Crow Service Unit in Crow Agency, Montana, and its satellite clinics in Lodge Grass, Montana, and Pryor, Montana. The requirement includes supplying official USPS stamps in rolls, books, or sheets with timely delivery.
