Description
The NATO Communications and Information Agency (NCIA) intends to solicit bids for comprehensive end-to-end CIS (Communications and Information Systems) services. This contract will involve providing qualified personnel, technical expertise, and support services through individual Task Orders issued for various locations. Services may be required during normal working hours, extended hours, shift operations, 24/7 operations, or surge operations, as specified in each Task Order. The scope of services is defined in a service catalogue and includes categories such as Service Desk and End User Support, Continuous Provisioning and P-IMAC Services, CIS Operations Support, Systems Administration, Network Services, Cyber Security and Information Assurance, Collaboration, VTC and Audio-Visual Services, Logistics and Asset Management, Account Holder and Custodian Services, CIS Installation, Deployment and Field Support, Engineering and Technical Services, Project and Service Management Support, Exercise, Operations and Surge Support, Specialized Subject Matter Expert Services, Configuration Management Services, Technical Escort and Smart Hands Services, Service Transition and Service Introduction Support, and Training and Knowledge Management Services. To be eligible to bid, potential U.S. prime contractors must maintain an active facility in the United States, hold a Facility Security Clearance of SECRET or higher, be pre-approved for NATO Competitive Procurement (NCP), be issued a Declaration of Eligibility (DOE) by the Department of Commerce (DOC), and register with NCIA's eProcurement tool, Neo.
