Description
The City of Bozeman, Montana is soliciting bids for the Bikefill Park Infrastructure McIlhattan Roadway Improvements project. This project involves widening and paving an existing unpaved segment of McIlhattan Road, located north of St. Andrews Drive and south of the Snowfill Dog Park. Key improvements include the installation of asphalt curb, stormwater inlets, culverts, underground detention systems, a roadside v-ditch, and guardrail. The work is expected to be completed within one construction season (2026) and has a duration of 90 calendar days following the Notice to Proceed. This project is associated with the planned Bikefill Bike Park. The contract is directly with the City of Bozeman. Contractors and subcontractors must register with the Montana Department of Labor and Industry (DLI). All laborers and mechanics must be paid wages in accordance with Gallatin County and Montana state laws. The awarded entity and any subcontractors must affirm and abide by non-discrimination clauses related to race, color, religion, creed, sex, age, marital status, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, or disability, as well as the Montana Equal Pay Act.
