Description
The Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to gather industry insights on providing comprehensive Information Technology and Technical Assistance for its Mission Application IT Support (MAITS) portfolio. This support encompasses the architecture, development, implementation, sustainment, and transition of enterprise-level mission and business applications, as well as data management services. The scope of work includes maintaining and enhancing approximately 50 applications across various mission areas, including Analysis & Production, Business Enterprise Systems, Directorate for Operations, Information Technology Services, Joint Intelligence Operations Center, and Science & Technology. Services required involve full-scope IT operations and maintenance, design and development of IT applications, configuration for Risk Management Framework (RMF) and cybersecurity accreditation, data integration (ETL), AI/ML system integration, and operational maintenance across multiple classified networks, cloud, virtual, and on-premise environments. The contractor will also be responsible for designing and implementing Disaster Recovery (DR) and Continuity of Operations (COOP) plans, utilizing agile development practices, and adhering to DIA's Capability Development Pipeline (CDP) and DevSecOps methodologies. Services will be performed at locations in Northern Virginia, the Washington D.C. metropolitan area, and Maryland.
