Description
This solicitation is for construction services to renovate the Pryor Clinic located at 2 Pryor Gap Rd, Pryor, MT 59066. The project involves renovating approximately 8,655 square feet of existing space in the clinic. The renovation will create new spaces on both the upper and lower floors, including an isolation room, pharmacy, radiology, laboratory, medical records, staff offices, and patient care areas. A new elevator will be installed to provide handicapped access to the newly renovated lower floor. The estimated cost for this project is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. The solicitation is set aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE) and will use a tradeoff evaluation method. The period of performance is 365 calendar days.
