Description
Swank Enterprises is soliciting electronic bids for the Wastewater Improvements Phase II Ground Improvements project. This project involves installation and ground improvements. Bids will be received electronically via email only and will be opened and read aloud publicly. The bids will be evaluated on a price basis. Swank Enterprises reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities, and reject nonconforming, irregular, non-responsive, or conditional bids.
