This Sources Sought notice requests market research responses from firms capable of providing indoor firing range cleaning and maintenance. The draft Performance Work Statement covers range cleaning and lead abatement, HEPA vacuuming, liquid floor cleaning, filter replacement and exhaust-system cleaning as needed, dust-collection drum servicing, variable-frequency-drive cleaning, hazardous-waste packaging and disposal, and work reporting. The contractor would provide the labor, equipment, materials, and qualified personnel needed for the work, with some utilities supplied by the Government. Respondents are asked to describe their company, UEI, relevant experience and capability, business size and socioeconomic designations, and whether the work can be self-performed or would be subcontracted. They are also asked to review the draft PWS and identify feasibility concerns, recommended revisions, safety and waste-handling practices, missing services or pricing information, and required qualifications. The range has not used lead ammunition, a condition respondents should consider in their feedback. This is market research only, not a solicitation for contract proposals.
