This Sources Sought notice is market research for a potential firm-fixed-price contract covering preventive and corrective maintenance for eight CONMED AirSeal IFS insufflators. The requested coverage includes replacement parts, software and system updates, a loaner at no extra charge, overnight shipment of a replacement unit, a return label, 24/7/365 telephone technical support, and remote diagnostics and maintenance. On-site repairs and maintenance must restore equipment to manufacturer specifications; service reports are due within seven business days of each service visit. Personnel must have at least two years of field experience as a Field Service Engineer or meet original equipment manufacturer standards for a fully qualified Field Service Engineer. Subcontracting is not authorized. Responses to this sources-sought notice should include company and contact details, UEI, business-size and applicable ownership-status information, and a courtesy quote. SDVOSB and VOSB respondents must provide SBA certification and be registered with VetCert. This is market research, not a solicitation or commitment to award a contract.
