Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons, FCI Milan, is soliciting firm-fixed-price offers for annual FY27 deliveries of fresh bread products. Requirements include sliced, seedless, enriched whole wheat sandwich bread; sliced, seedless, enriched whole wheat finger rolls for hot dogs; and sliced, seedless, enriched whole wheat sandwich rolls for hamburgers. Bread must be fresh, with the specified bread delivered within 48 hours after baking where stated, and bidders must identify the applicable type, loaf size, or package size as required. The solicitation covers quarterly quantities from October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027, totaling 1,168,128 ounces of whole wheat bread, 96,000 hot dog rolls, and 230,400 hamburger rolls. Weekly deliveries are required. Evaluation will consider price and past performance. Signed bids must be submitted by email, and the successful contractor must sign the resulting order.
