Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking two commercial, nondevelopmental, off-the-shelf warming ovens identified by NSN 7R-7310-171271947-P8 and reference number 4313100-01-6600. Delivery is FOB origin. The requirement is classified under Product Service Code 7310, Food Cooking, Baking, and Serving Equipment. The agency intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under FAR 6.302-1, although responsible sources may submit capability information or proposals for consideration. This notice is a presolicitation and is not a request for competitive proposals. The agency is not using the policies in FAR Part 12 for this procurement.
