Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons is soliciting firm-fixed-price quotes for weekly deliveries of fresh bread products, including whole-wheat hot dog rolls, whole-wheat hamburger rolls, certified kosher parve whole-wheat bread, and fresh whole-wheat sandwich bread. Products must meet the specified commercial item descriptions and applicable standards; fresh bread must be delivered within 48 hours after baking. Quantities are estimated and may vary based on the inmate population. Deliveries are required every Tuesday from October 6 through December 29, 2026, with the solicitation schedule also listing a period of performance from October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027. The government may make a single or multiple award. Quotes will be evaluated on price and past performance, and vendors must return the completed RFQ document and bid sheets with their submissions.
