Description
The 2d Marine Division requires a contractor to furnish, deliver, install, integrate, program, test, and train users on an upgraded auditorium audio-visual system. The scope includes new commercial-grade equipment and hardware; projector screen and projector upgrades; rack, lectern, podium, control-room, display, camera, microphone, speaker, cabling, and touch-panel control upgrades; a video-conferencing codec; mounting and cable-management materials; and compatibility with existing infrastructure. The system must support multiple display sources, confidence monitors, presenter and audience cameras, handheld and lapel microphones, and clear auditorium-wide audio. The contractor must prepare an installation and layout plan, perform on-site installation and functional testing, provide operator training, and submit acceptance-testing documentation. Work must be completed within 150 calendar days after award. The requirement also includes a three-year service agreement and manufacturer warranty, with 24/7 help-desk support, parts repair or replacement, software and firmware updates, technician dispatch, annual preventive maintenance, and specified response times. The solicitation is a total small-business set-aside for commercial products with incidental installation services, and quotes will be evaluated on price, technical capability, and past performance.
