Description
Hirsch Academy is soliciting proposals for managed internal broadband services for its existing eligible E-Rate equipment. The scope includes ongoing management, monitoring, maintenance, configuration optimization, troubleshooting, repairs, staff assistance, software updates, security patches, bug fixes, performance reporting, service documentation, and incident records for the school's wired and wireless network. The requested equipment includes five Ubiquiti USW-Pro-48-POE switches, one Ubiquiti UDM-Pro router, and fourteen Ubiquiti NanoHD wireless access points. Proposals must separate eligible and ineligible costs, itemize pricing and fees, identify applicable SKUs, makes, and models, and describe service-level agreements, response times, escalation procedures, scalability, and compliance with E-Rate requirements. The contract may be structured for one, three, or five years. Price is the heaviest-weighted evaluation factor, and vendors must have a valid SPIN, comply with FCC national-security and supply-chain restrictions, and submit the required E-Rate Service Provider Bid Response Worksheet.
