Description
The Port of Corpus Christi Authority is seeking a qualified, experienced, and bonded contractor to provide nightly janitorial services at two facilities: the Executive Administration Building and the Security Command Center. Services include weekday evening cleaning, restroom and floor cleaning, dusting, fingerprint removal, waste-basket liner placement, and related janitorial work. Weekend service at the Security Command Center includes trash removal only during a specified afternoon window. The solicitation identifies evaluation criteria of background and experience, benefit to the Port Authority, price, and local preference. Insurance requirements include workers’ compensation and employer’s liability, commercial general liability, business automobile liability, and crime coverage, with specified limits. Proposals must be submitted as one electronic file through the Port’s Procureware website; email and fax submissions are not accepted.
