Description
Shelby County Government identified a single-source purchase for pre-employment psychological assessments of potential law enforcement officers, corrections deputies, and dispatchers for the Shelby County Sheriff's Office. The provider must perform regulatory-compliance assessments meeting the standards in Tennessee Code Annotated Sections 8-8-102(a)(8) and 38-8-109(9), be a board-certified psychologist in police and public safety, and use a testing process endorsed by the Tennessee POST Commission and Tennessee Corrections Institute. The provider must furnish written results to the Sheriff's Human Resources Office after each evaluation. The notice states a term from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027, with a second renewal option. Interested providers must submit a letter of interest and detailed total pricing by email.
