Description
The United States District Court for the Southern District of Georgia is soliciting providers for sex-offense treatment services under a Blanket Purchase Agreement. Required services include sex-offense-specific evaluations and reports, individual counseling, and group counseling for federal defendants and persons under supervision. The provider must be able to deliver all required services, maintain an acceptable physical treatment facility within the Bulloch, Candler, Emanuel, Evans, Jenkins, or Screven County catchment area, and provide counseling until 7:00 p.m. at least one night per week or on Saturday mornings from 9:00 a.m. to noon. The solicitation anticipates approximately one to two BPA vendors, with referrals issued as needed and no guaranteed quantity. Pricing is required for the base year and four option years. Services must be delivered by appropriately licensed master's- or doctoral-level practitioners, and proposals must address compliance, facility and staff qualifications, background and performance information, references, subcontractors, and all applicable technical requirements. The BPA has a 12-month base term beginning October 1, 2026, with four unilateral 12-month options, for a maximum duration of 60 months.
