The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting firm-fixed-price quotes for seven replacement pumps and motors: two Flowserve Model 8EMM-4 or equivalent pumps for the John H. Kerr Powerhouse sump, two Peerless Model 8HXB or equivalent pumps with motors for the John H. Kerr dam sump, two American Marsh Model 8KC or equivalent pumps with motors for the Philpott Powerhouse sump, and one American Marsh Model 10YC or equivalent pump with motor for Philpott Powerhouse unwatering. Equivalent equipment must meet the stated flow, head, speed, and other Statement of Work requirements, and proposed equipment must receive written Government approval before ordering. The contractor must include shipping and delivery, with delivery required within 120 calendar days after award. Government personnel will install the pumps and motors. Quotes must include a completed and signed Contractor Quote Sheet, a price quote, and a technical proposal containing product specifications or brochures, certification information, documented past experience, and country-of-origin information demonstrating U.S. or qualifying-country origin. Submissions must be in Adobe PDF format, except the provided pricing spreadsheet may be submitted in Microsoft Excel format.
