The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking hydraulic pump units, U.S. Government part number 12395352 and NSN 4320-01-432-6208, in quantities ranging from 21 to 406 units, with an initial delivery-order quantity of 65 units. The requirement is for a five-year, firm-fixed-price indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract, with delivery in 330 days when First Article Testing is required or 240 days without it. Range pricing may be proposed for ordering-year contract line items. First Article Testing is required, although a waiver is available upon request. The requirement also includes higher-level contract quality requirements, MIL-STD-1916, and pretreatment and CARC requirements for painted material. Technical data will be export-controlled and available only to firms certified under the United States/Canada Joint Certification Program. This is a 100% total small-business set-aside. Reverse auction participation is not required and would apply only if the contracting officer elects to conduct one after closing.
