Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking an authorized distributor to manufacture and supply a rotary pump conforming to reference number E-4328/BXL2-1/2NFCM1 and the applicable contract quality requirements. The item must be physically marked in accordance with MIL-STD-130, Revision N, and packaged according to the applicable contract schedule and MIL-STD 2073 requirements. Only authorized distributors of the original manufacturer's item will be considered. Non-manufacturers must identify the original equipment manufacturer, CAGE code, and offered part number, and must submit proof of authorized distributorship on company letterhead signed by a responsible company official. Substitutions or changes to the design, material, servicing, or part number require contracting-officer approval. Inspection, quality records, and compliance with the stated military packaging and marking requirements are also required.
