Description
The U.S. Navy is procuring a centrifugal pump unit as a repair-part supply item. The contractor must manufacture and supply material meeting the applicable Individual Repair Part Ordering Data, drawings, specifications, standards, and technical requirements, including Buy American requirements and applicable military packaging provisions. The procurement includes government inspection and acceptance requirements, an acceptable contractor inspection system, packaging and marking requirements, and submission of vendor-certified test and inspection reports. Applicable pre-manufacturing procedures, drawings, and other technical submittals must be provided for approval within 45 days after contract award, while the complete test and inspection report package is due according to the contract delivery schedule before shipment authorization.
