Description
The City of Chattanooga is soliciting bids for the replacement of the roofs on Fire Station #1's garage. The project scope includes the removal and installation of an insulated TPO roof system, complete with insulation, coverboard, gutters, downspouts, flashing, trim, and penetration boots, all designed to meet the 2018 International Building Code (IBC) standards. A 20-year No Dollar Limit (NDL) warranty is required. Additionally, the contract may involve spot repairs or full replacement of the roof decking and framing system as directed. The scope also includes cleaning and painting of exposed structural steel, along with selected repairs or improvements to existing masonry and steel building components.
