Description
The City of Chattanooga is soliciting bids for the construction of the East Lake Community Resource Hub Satellite Parking Lot. This project involves the installation of a new parking lot, curbing, driveway, and sidewalks. It also includes the construction and modification of storm structures and piping, as well as the development of a bioretention pond and associated features. Additional work includes the installation of ADA ramps, signage, and striping, along with pavement repair and width adjustments along East 37th Street. Landscaping improvements will include planting trees and shrubs. Lighting and electrical components will be installed as required, and site furnishings will be installed in accordance with manufacturer specifications and City direction. The bid opening date has been extended to July 9, 2026. A sign-in sheet from the Pre-Bid Meeting is included with Addendum No. 1. Bidders must acknowledge receipt of this addendum on the bid form.
