Description
Bradley County Schools is soliciting quotes from qualified vendors for the relining and replacement of underground pipes at Taylor Elementary School. The project scope includes cleaning all pipes, relining lines A, B, C, E, and F with a Blue Light Re-lining system, and excavating and replacing line D due to misalignment and cross intersections. Reinstatement of branch lines for A, B, C, and F is also required, followed by excavation, backfilling with crushed stone, and cleanup of the worksite. Bids must be submitted by 10:00 AM EST on Thursday, July 9, 2026, in a sealed envelope clearly marked "Taylor Underground Pipes" and addressed to Taylor Hooker, Accounting Specialist, Bradley County Schools, 800 South Lee Highway, Cleveland, TN. Bids will be publicly opened at the same time and address. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, July 1, 2026, at 10:00 AM EST at Taylor Elementary School, 5265 Bates Pike SE, Cleveland, TN 37323. Vendors attending the pre-bid meeting will have access to the facility to review existing conditions and logistical constraints.
