Description
The City of Jasper is soliciting proposals from qualified entities to maintain and manage the Jasper City Park Ballfields and associated appurtenances. The goal is to ensure the ballfields are utilized in a manner that benefits the greater Jasper community and its youth. The successful respondent will be expected to enter into an agreement for non-exclusive rights to the use of the fields, with the City reserving the right to prioritize use if deemed necessary for the general welfare. The ballfields are located along Pioneer Road, adjacent to Chattahoochee Technical College, specifically at 201 Burnt Mountain Road. Respondents are required to submit a proposal including a letter of interest, a proposed scope of services and approach, relevant experience with specific contact information for past clients, a conflict of interest statement, evidence of insurance, a W-9 form, and an E-Verify/Save Affidavit. Proposals will be evaluated based on a "best value" approach, considering entity qualifications, comparable experience, and a planned successful program for maintaining the ballfields. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive minor informalities.
