Description
This solicitation is for a firm-fixed-price contract for an iBoss Support Subscription for the Office of Information Technology (OIT) Division of Information Operations (DIO). The iBoss solution is required to ensure compliance with the Children's Internet Protection Act (CIPA) for Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) schools, which is a prerequisite for the federal E-Rate program. The software filters inappropriate online content, including nudity, child pornography, and other harmful material. This requirement is being set aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEEs). The anticipated period of performance is from July 22, 2026, to July 21, 2031, with a base year and four option years. The delivery address for this effort will be the Department of the Interior, Indian Affairs, Office of Information Management Technology, 1011 Indian School Road NW, Albuquerque, NM 87104. The solicitation includes various Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Department of the Interior Acquisition Regulation (DIAR) clauses, as well as custom clauses related to electronic invoicing and contract expiration notification. Offers must be submitted by June 24, 2026, and include a signed IEERepresentationForm and DIAR 1452.280-4.
