The Indian Health Service (IHS), Navajo Area Office in St. Michaels, Arizona, intends to exercise an option with Lumen Technologies Government Solutions Inc. for telecommunication services. These services are for the Office of Environmental Health and Engineering (OEHE) field offices located in Gallup, New Mexico, and Farmington, New Mexico.
