Ohkay Owingeh Health and Human Services is requesting proposals from licensed General Contractors for renovation services at their medical clinic located on the Ohkay Owingeh Reservation. Interested parties can request contract documents via email from Scott Davis at scott.davis@ohkay.org, with 'CHR Renovation' in the subject line. Contract documents will also be available at the pre-bid meeting. A non-mandatory pre-bid proposal meeting is scheduled for Monday, June 29th, 2026, at 9:00 am at 223 N Cross Pl, Ohkay Owingeh, NM 87566. Proposals are due by Friday, July 10th, 2026, at 3:00 pm.
