Description
The Indian Health Service (IHS), Albuquerque Area Indian Health Service (AAIHS), is soliciting quotes for roof repair and weatherproofing services for several facilities within the Santa Fe Service Unit. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation, and offers are requested from Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE) first, with consideration for other small businesses if necessary. The services include repairing and weatherproofing the low-slope metal roofing system of the main Business Building, as well as performing roof condition assessments and limited spot repairs on three additional buildings: the OEHE Building, Dental Clinic, and Facilities Maintenance Shop. The scope of work for the main building involves addressing roof edge gaps, loose fasteners, roof penetrations, and sealing. For the other buildings, the contractor will conduct visual inspections, identify deficiencies, perform minor repairs, and provide written assessment reports with recommendations. All work must be performed in accordance with industry standards, and the contractor must provide a one-year warranty on workmanship. The solicitation requires registration with SAM.gov and submission of invoices via the Invoice Processing Platform (IPP).
