Description
The Indian Health Service (IHS) is seeking telecommunication services for the Dzilth-na-o-dith-hle Health Center (DZHC) located in Bloomfield, New Mexico. This includes providing Primary Rate Interface (PRI) lines, Voice POTs and fax lines, and Dedicated Internet Access (DIA) with a minimum bandwidth of 250 Mbps. The contractor will be responsible for ensuring the availability and uptime of these services, with a 99.9% service level agreement for circuit availability. Services must also support connectivity between DZHC and NNMC. The contract is set aside for Indian Economic Enterprises (IEE) and Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE).
