Description
The City of Los Angeles, through the Mayor's Office of Grants, Finance, and Administration, is seeking a single contractor to provide as-needed temporary staffing services. The scope includes administrative support, accounting and financial management, grant management, and contract administration. Staffing levels, assignments, and full-time or part-time schedules will depend on workload, and the City will provide position requirements when requesting personnel. The contractor is responsible for recruiting and supplying temporary staff, payroll-related obligations, living-wage and benefit compliance, and fixed hourly billing rates under the $100,000 contract ceiling. Parking, transportation, and screening costs may not be billed separately. The City will administer screening and security-clearance requirements, and no incumbent agency or transition is involved. All work must be completed, approved, and submitted by May 30, 2027. The anticipated contract start is late November to early December 2026, subject to contract execution. The 48-hour candidate-interview requirement is waived. The solicitation requires a proposal containing the specified technical, staffing, pricing, and reference materials, along with the listed City compliance forms and a Certificate of Insurance. The award is for a single vendor.
