Description
Transportation Investment Corporation seeks to retain a primary and a secondary staffing agency to provide temporary personnel for short-term, as-needed assignments supporting its capital projects. Roles include administrative assistants, corporate accountants, executive administrative assistants or office managers, finance clerks, a budgets and accounting manager, a people and culture coordinator, and a senior recruiter; additional roles may be requested after award. The Corporation intends to award two contracts, with the primary agency approached first and the secondary agency used when the primary cannot fill a request. The contractor will recruit, screen, and place qualified workers; verify references and qualifications; manage payroll, timesheets, billing, and reporting; and provide replacement workers when needed. Requested candidates are expected within 24 hours or one business day, subject to the RFP’s stated process. Assignments may be at several project and corporate offices in British Columbia, and the pricing response requires hourly fees by position and any applicable conversion fees. The contract is for an initial two years, with two optional one-year extensions; there is no guaranteed minimum work or contract value.
