Description
The Region 20 Purchasing Cooperative seeks temporary personnel services for participating members. Requested staffing categories include receptionists, clerical and secretarial staff, data-entry personnel, accounting and payroll staff, computer operators and programmers, light-industrial workers, switchboard operators, substitute teachers, bus drivers, electricians, and plumbers. Respondents must provide average available personnel by category, hourly pay and bill rates, staffing and placement information, customer-service practices, and a sample usage-report page. A listing of standard personnel tests and background screening must also be submitted. The initial contract term runs from award through January 31, 2028, with one renewal term from February 1, 2028, through January 31, 2029. There is no guaranteed minimum purchase; members will order services as needs and funding allow. Multiple vendors may be selected based on best value. Insurance coverage and a hold-harmless agreement are required, but the hold-harmless agreement’s original must be provided before the contract begins rather than with the proposal.
