Property Management and Maintenance Services Request for Proposals RFP 26-PPMMS The Housing Authority of the City of East St. Louis (ESLHA) located at 700 N. 20th Street, East St. Louis, Illinois, 62205 is requesting proposals for Property Management and Maintenance Services. Packets can be downloaded from ESLHA's website at www.eslha.org on Tuesday, August 4, 2026 after 2 p.m. For further information, contact Lynn Clanton at 618.646.7211 or lclanton@eslha.org. ESLHA reserves the right to cancel this RFP, reject any or all proposals, and waive minor informalities for respondents as deemed necessary by ESLHA and the public's best interest. The selected contractor will be responsible for managing and maintaining ESLHA's public housing properties. The RFP packet is available for download from ESLHA's website. ESLHA reserves the right to cancel the RFP, reject any or all proposals, and waive minor informalities. ESLHA has established goals for Section 3 participation and is an equal opportunity employer.
