Description
Davis County is seeking a vendor to facilitate the development and management of a multifamily permanent supportive and transitional housing facility for individuals and families transitioning from homelessness. The County aims to establish a service-rich, sustainable housing project addressing the causes of housing instability and homelessness. The existing solicitation materials describe a facility of at least 60 residential units, primarily studios and one-bedroom units, with on-site supportive services and associated development, construction, financing, and long-term management responsibilities. Proposals are expected to include a preliminary site plan, housing and commercial-use descriptions, a case management strategy, relevant experience and references, a preliminary development schedule, estimated total project cost, and anticipated financing sources.
