Description
The City of Augusta, Georgia, Utilities Department is soliciting sealed bids for Bid Item #26-280, Cook Road Waterline Replacement. Plans and specifications must be obtained through Augusta Blueprint, with a stated non-refundable fee of $31.00. Bids may not be submitted by email and must be mailed or hand delivered during normal office hours. A mandatory virtual pre-bid conference is scheduled for November 9, 2026, and an optional site visit is available by contacting Clark Rivers. Questions and requests for clarification must be submitted in writing by November 12, 2026. A 5% bid bond is required with the bidder's qualifications, and performance and payment bonds are required at 100% of the awarded amount.
