The City of East Moline is soliciting bids for the demolition and clearing of buildings, any foundation, and all debris from the premises at 1006 15th Avenue. The work is a public-works construction contract subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act. A mandatory interior walkthrough is required for contractors to be considered for the bid process.
