Description
Horizon Science Academy Davenport is requesting proposals for bundled Category 1 Internet access and transport service delivered over dedicated symmetric fiber. The requested service must provide a minimum of 1 Gbps bandwidth, with pricing and the ability to increase service incrementally up to 5 Gbps during the contract term and any extension periods. The service location is the applicant's facility at 2626 Boles Avenue, Davenport, Iowa. Bidders must identify their valid 498 ID (SPIN), separately identify eligible and ineligible services and costs, provide the Lowest Corresponding Price, offer SPI or BEAR payment options, and itemize all taxes and surcharges. Installation and configuration must be separately priced if required. The contract is contingent on E-Rate funding and local board approval; the requested term is either three or five years, with two voluntary 12-month extensions.
