Description
The U.S. Navy is soliciting repair, overhaul, upgrade, testing, and inspection services for 101 aircraft generator units, part number 3261151-0101 and NSN 1680-01-523-8289. The contractor must provide the facility, labor, materials, parts, tooling, and test equipment necessary to return the units to Ready for Issue condition, using approved drawings, repair manuals, and technical publications. Work must be performed at the contractor's identified facility and include component repair or replacement, reassembly, testing, inspection, process-control documentation, quality management, calibration, configuration management, and compliant storage and packaging. This is a sole-source requirement subject to Government source approval. Unapproved sources must submit all information required by the NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support Source Approval Brochure with their proposal; incomplete source-approval submissions will not be considered. The solicitation also requires compliance with applicable quality, material-control, safeguarding, transportation, and payment provisions.
