Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Rock Island District plans to transition from the Resident Management System (RMS) to the Construction Management Platform (CMP) around February or March 2027. The RMS specification will govern until the official transition date, after which the CMP specification will apply. This is an informational special notice only and does not modify the terms, conditions, or specifications of current contracts. The district is reviewing and modifying contracts that may not already include the CMP specification. Contractors should review the referenced CMP and RMS specifications and the CMA2 transition and training information, and contact their assigned contracting officer regarding contract-specific questions or anticipated transition costs.
