The Town of Lansing is requesting qualifications for administration services for two NCDEQ-funded projects: SRF-W-HEL-0015 (water distribution system upgrades) and SRF-D-HEL-0062 (wastewater system upgrades). The sewer scope includes resilience building elements at the WWTP, while the water scope includes resiliency projects throughout the system. The administrator will handle DEQ claims for 3-5 vendors totaling $1,549,985, monitor change orders and administrative milestones per DEQ and Brooks Act requirements, and coordinate the project.
